If you must cancel or re-book your appointment, we respectfully request you do so as soon as possible, at least 2 hours prior to your booking.
Please note that if you are over 4 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
We value your time and feel that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to all of our clients. Should we need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions, power outages or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice, we will do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.

Terms and Conditions:
Refunds are only available for medical conditions upon receipt of a valid medical certificate. All requests must be in writing or via email.
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. We apologise but we do not accept checks.
EXPIRATION OF GIFT CARDS, SESSIONS AND MINUTES
Expiration of gift cards, courses and sessions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
CLIENT LOTION STORAGE
We cannot be held responsible for customer lotion storage facility.
LOSS OR DAMAGE FOR CLIENT PROPERTY
Please note that Beach house tanning shop cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to clients property whilst on the premises.
